Building Character Relationships: 
Internal Vs External Conflict 

(level III)
(prerequisite level II)

This workshop focuses on fostering genuine connection to your scene partner and heightening flow state. It introduces an adaptation of  the  psychological  phenomena projection & transference into a Character's inner narrative.  An equal emphasis will continue to be on the four principals of Actor Care® and the embodiment process.

Cornerstones of Actor Care® for Stage & Screen (level I)*

​This workshop introduces actors to the four principals of Actor Care®; resilience, boundaries, defense management and self-reflection through a series of experiential activities with a focus on the practical work of embodiment.  

*Limited to professional actors and actors in 2nd year training or equivalent) 

Actor Care®  Advanced Tutorial

(level IV)
(prerequisite level III)

This workshop is for those actors who wish to continue their advanced level III scene work in a private setting. It focuses on the individual challenges presented by the actor. It provides constructive activities to support the development of both actor and Character. These bespoke sessions are limited to two actors (you and a scene partner from level III) and are driven by the unique needs of each.

Building Character: The Internal Conflict (level II)
(prerequisite level 1)

This workshop advances its focus on the four principles of Actor Care® and extends the embodiment process to include an emotionally sustainable practice. It also provides insight and structure into the complexities & multitudes of a Character's inner narrative. The whole process creates an immersive experience making it easier to access emotional states and sustain a creative flow.

Actor Care® Private Sessions for Stage & Screen

1-1 work that prepares you for the emotional turmoil your Character needs to experience. These sessions will assist in elucidating and mapping your Character's inner journey, tap into an authentic connection and put a resilience structure in place without sacrificing performance.
